David is an awesome technician. He educated me on where the ants could be living and breeding, and showed me where and how to look for the little critters. I will be using this service quarterly to keep the ants at bay. I highly recommend David, he was kind, and respectful in my home and of my time.

Aurora is wonderful to work with and I recently had a great experience with one of their Service team members, Sophia. She assisted me with a concerned resident with wasps gathering on their patio. She was able to educate the resident on the treatment products, timing & full plan of treatment, and environmental impacts/safety for her animals. Sophia and the Crown team are great! I contacted Crown and Shield to get a second opinion on an inspection report for a proper We were purchasing. They promptly came out and performed a second inspection at no charge and provided an inspection report.

They’re quote for the work was lower than the initial inspection quotes, including the fumigation, and they’re work was top notch. Branden who performed both the inspection and dod the work was very professional and addressed all of our questions.

David came to our home today to his usual maintainance of voles & spray around the house. I like that Crown & Shield use pet-friendly sprays since we have a dog. I asked David today if he could spray inside our garage since I am making 1/2 of our garage into a place to watch movies. It was Not on his schedule to do this extra work.
