5 stars so far but it will depend on if I stop seeing bugs. The person who came to do the service was friendly, on time, and followed instructions to shut off lights when he left.

David arrived on time, was thorough in his services, investigating the whole situation, describing all aspects of the job and what we should expect. He advised us of precautions we should take once he treated the yellow jacket nest as to how the bees would respond/react immediately and going forward. I had a great experience with Crown and Shield. It started with David who was an excellent inspector and determined that there was a constructional defect which led to sizable openings into my crawlspace. He also identified claw marks and the high likelihood that small animals were getting into my crawlspace. i’m a follow up visit Brandon installed a one-way door which would prevent any animal from returning once they left to seek food and water. Ultimately David, Brandon, and Jordan returned to clean out my entire crawlspace.

Today 6/6/24 was my 1st experience with Crown and Shield. I did not disappoint. To the contrary Sophia ( our Technician) was professional, thorough, efficient, and above all very engaging with a beautiful smile. Not to mention a very hard working individual. I will insist on Sophia for future follow up visits. If the 1st service is any indication,... I'm glad I chose C and S. 5 stars

Scheduling was easy and efficient. Patrick arrived on time and was very professional, explaining my options and the process. He located several areas of concern and treated my property accordingly. He was courteous and friendly to boot. I will be using Crown and Shield Pest Solitons as my pest control experts.

So far so good. I’ve just had the second indoor treatment for ants. the technician, Sophia, is very knowledgeable, showed me what she was doing, and made some recommendations for patching areas once the ants are gone.
