David was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything well and gave great tips to manage our ant issues.

I was impressed with Chris on-site and Aurora back at the office. Scheduling was quick, the inspection was thorough, and while we thankfully do not appear to have termites, Chris had several recommendations to harden our home. I have used three other Sonoma County based inspectors over the last 6 years and Chris was the only one willing to go into an attic and within reason take a closer look. Previous inspectors would just stand on a ladder for 30 seconds and call it good. I'd definitely use them again. The price was fair and about what you'd expect to pay in terms of going rate.

Brandon came out in a timely way and conducted a thorough inspection for termites rodents, etc.

I had a great experience with Crown and Shield. It started with David who was an excellent inspector and determined that there was a constructional defect which led to sizable openings into my crawlspace. He also identified claw marks and the high likelihood that small animals were getting into my crawlspace. i’m a follow up visit Brandon installed a one-way door which would prevent any animal from returning once they left to seek food and water. Ultimately David, Brandon, and Jordan returned to clean out my entire crawlspace.

Dave was professional, very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with… and efficient.

Pat is THE BEST pest control technician we have ever had the pleasure of working with. David came the same day as an urgent request after raccoons had broken into a vent and spent the night (very rambunctiously) in my walls. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to secure the one-way door and help future issues. He even saved a gopher snake on the property that had caught itself in netting.
