I’ve used Crown&Shield for many many years. They’ve always been a helpful, on time, and honest company.

Sophia is a great employee and I look forward to seeing her monthly.

I asked for help with rats under my mobile home, which on one occasion had gotten into the house. Brandon and the technician team set traps for the rats but none were stupid enough to get caught. The team blocked the underside of my house with cement and rocks to prevent rodent entry. About three weeks later, one rat was found in a trap. Brandon noticed that there were a few places missed on the blocking procedure and scheduled more exterior work. After that, he set more traps. He returned today and found no more rats in traps. Apparently, the rat battle has been won by the humans.

David wss very knowledgeable and thorough, I would use Crown and Shield again.

Pat is THE BEST pest control technician we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He comes out all the time and is ALWAYS eager to help out and it’s such a wonderful addition to our team here at Sun House Senior Apartments, a PEP Housing property. I was impressed with Chris on-site and Aurora back at the office. Scheduling was quick, the inspection was thorough, and while we thankfully do not appear to have termites, Chris had several recommendations to harden our home. I have used three other Sonoma County based inspectors over the last 6 years and Chris was the only one willing to go into an attic and within reason take a closer look. Previous inspectors would just stand on a ladder for 30 seconds and call it good. I'd definitely use them again. The price was fair and about what you'd expect to pay in terms of going rate.

Brandon came out in a timely way and conducted a thorough inspection for termites rodents, etc.

Dave was professional, very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with… and efficient.

David is knowledgeable, very interactive and helpful. He helped us set up an appropriate plan right away.

David came to our home today to his usual maintainance of voles & spray around the house. I like that Crown & Shield use pet-friendly sprays since we have a dog. I asked David today if he could spray inside our garage since I am making 1/2 of our garage into a place to watch movies. It was Not on his schedule to do this extra work. He was very professional & kind about the request.
